On Sunday 1 September over 90 clients and volunteers from CaTN met at The Park Hotel Chichester for their annual ‘Listeners’ Lunch’. Talking News is a free service designed to keep people informed and in touch by producing a programme of local news on a memory stick for visually impaired people. The content of the programme is a roundup of local news and features taken from the Chichester, Bognor Regis and Midhurst & Petworth Observers. Talking News helps restore independence and creates an opportunity to take an active interest in the local community.
